Please include “DMCA Counter-Notification” in the email subject line.
When we receive a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the person who submitted the original notice.
Unless the original complaining party informs us that a court action has been filed seeking to prevent the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the material or restore access to it no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification.

Consider consulting a qualified attorney before submitting a notice or counter-notification if you are uncertain whether the material is protected by copyright, licensed, in the public domain, or permitted by fair use or another legal exception.
The DMCA process applies specifically to copyright complaints. Questions involving trademarks, privacy, impersonation, defamation, or other matters should be sent separately to cookie@bakerylibrary.com with a clear explanation of the concern.
We may update this DMCA Copyright Policy when our procedures, contact information, services, or legal obligations change. The revised version will appear on this page with an updated date.
